Streamline your mail management with a dedicated mail team from NEW YORK Document Scanning. We’ll scan and index all incoming mail – with same-day availability online via our workflow distribution service. Mail in by 10am can be on your desktop by 2pm.
You can choose from the following services:
- Outsourcing – We pickup your mail at the post office and scan at our Document Care Center in New York
- Insourcing – We bring our team onsite to open mail and scan as needed.
- Electronic – We can also accept incoming email, fax, SFTP, or any other digital files and combine it with scanned paper mail.
How it works
MAIL RECEIVED
We receive your mail from the post office, on-site at your office and/or electronically.
DOCUMENTS SCANNED
We do all the prepping, scanning, capture, indexing, and quality control needed to ensure the highest document image quality.
IMAGES ROUTED
Your document images will be merged with any other incoming electronic files and routed via workflow automation software to the right personnel based on business rules.
